The cuisine of by gone times for modern gourmets.

You are in a luxurious hall of the «Emperor hotel» restaurant. Waiter in old Russian costume gives you a menu-book, where a large variety of dishes are presented. You open it and just reading the names of different dishes you move into the past, into the time of royal empire.

Meat appetizer «The Romanoff dynasty» or cheese one «Dvorcovaja» which is made of foreign kinds of cheese , salad «Empress favourite pickle» , «Autocracy» salad, «Boyar» soup «Hauler» fish soup with a pie , pancakes, dumplings, ruddy pancakes, cutlets «Pozharskie», «Quails grilled with grapes» , «Zhareha», «shoulders of a wild bear» , filled with apples and cinnamon, special sausages «Megalomania», Halibut «Under Monomarch cap», «Grilled sturgeon» and other dishes.
